David Kaplan has a passion for the capital markets and has over 20 years of investing and trading experience. He has experience in all time frames of investing and trading and prides himself for his discipline and consistency of positive results in all market conditions.

Mr. Kaplan started his career and spent 7 years in the Institutional Equity Division at Morgan Stanley's Global Headquarters. During the last 4 of his 7 years, his team was #1 ranked by the prestigious Institutional Investor Poll rankings. Following Morgan Stanley, Mr. Kaplan worked at UBS and several boutique Buyside and Sellside firms in an institutional capacity focusing on small cap, special situations, and event driven strategies. He relies on fundamental and technical analysis in his investing and trading and incorporates principals of behavioral science.

Mr. Kaplan earned his BA degree magna cum laude from the University at Albany and earned his Juris Doctor and MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.
